How do deposits work?
Amelia secures your slot with R250 for services under 2h and R400 for installs over 2h. Deposits move once with 24h notice.
What is the lateness window?
10 min grace. After 10 min we shorten the service; after 15 min we may release the slot.
Do you work with kids?
Yes! Kids protective styles are available Wednesdays & Saturdays with stylists trained for tender scalps.
How do I cancel?
Use the link in your confirmation email/SMS at least 24h before to keep your deposit.
