We respect your time and our stylists’ schedules. Please review the following to avoid losing deposits.
- Grace period: 10 min.
- 15 min late = slot released + deposit forfeited.
- Cancel/reschedule via email/SMS link at least 24h prior.
- Emergencies? WhatsApp us ASAP and we’ll try to rebook.
Kids bookings: guardians must stay on-site and ensure hair is pre-detangled.
