Cancellation & Lateness Policy

We respect your time and our stylists’ schedules. Please review the following to avoid losing deposits.

  • Grace period: 10 min.
  • 15 min late = slot released + deposit forfeited.
  • Cancel/reschedule via email/SMS link at least 24h prior.
  • Emergencies? WhatsApp us ASAP and we’ll try to rebook.

Kids bookings: guardians must stay on-site and ensure hair is pre-detangled.
